As a consumer and client you are important to Sunny Yoga. Please do not hesitate to contact Susan with any questions or concerns you may have. All efforts will be made to answer your questions and address any concerns in a manner that is fair to the involved parties.

Sunny Yoga's policies are as follows:
Prices and Policies may be subject to change.
Class times and schedule are subject to changes and cancellations.
10 class package expires within 6 months of purchase.
5 class package expires within 3 months of purchase.
You may "Buy Back" your expired classes at half price ($6.50/class) and add them to your new package purchase.
(Please note: Some serious illnesses and certain physical injuries or conditions, which may prevent you from practicing Yoga, may allow you to be eligible for an extension on your package--please speak with Susan before your package expires for more details)
If you purchase multiple classes at one time for the public classes held at Dance Dynamix, your classes will expire December 19th, 2007. All unused classes will be forfeited without refund and may not be used at a later date.
All sales are final unless noted otherwise.
Custom Group Classes may be subject to cancellation if minimum number is not present. Groups must have at least 5 participants at each class.
Currently, Sunny Yoga is not offering classes for children under the age of 16. However please stay tuned for possible class additions for younger yogis.
Gift Certeficates expire on the date written or printed on each individual certificate.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are valid for services listed on the certificate.
Mat Rentals are $2.00/use.
Sunny Yoga accepts cash and checks.
A $25.00 returned check fee will be assessed in addition to the original amount owed for any returned checks.
